Our Projects

This is a 3 year project funded by WDF to improve access to quality diabetes care and management for slum residents in 3 of the Nairobi slums by strengthening the existing primary health care system to address the evident burden of chronic diseases in the slum population. These slums are:-

• Viwandani
• Korogocho
• Mukuru Kwa Reuben
