Background
Kenya Diabetes Management and Information Centre (DMI Centre) is registered as a non-profit making company limited by guarantee.
It was established in recognition of a need to reach as far afield as possible in order to inform and educate the public about a health condition that need not be debilitating but presently is.

Fund Raising
The Centre aims to raise funds locally and internationally in order to successfully and effectively implement the other four programmes that include:
- Soliciting for equipment education material, drugs e.t.c
- Soliciting funding for workshops and camps.
- Organising special fundraising events.
- Soliciting for members in different categories.
